Beswick Driveway Replacement Project.
APPCO paving will be on site bright and early Wed July 15th. They have asked Beswick Lane owners to have their vehicles removed from their driveways by 7:00 A.M.  Please refer to the email from DCC100Board@gmail.com dated July 12th as to your parking allocation during the re-paving timeline.
Please be advised that while we outlined parking from July 15th to July 18th- the full 72 hour requirement to stay OFF driveways is actually SUNDAY JULY 19th, as some driveways will be completed earlier than others. ie they cant all get their last coats on the same day- so please plan to remain off driveways until Sunday the 19th as an extra precaution.

Paint Project:
As outlined in the May 6th email and Spring Newsletter, the Colour Refresh Project is ready for the next step. Thank you to all Owners who registered paint colour selections with us. Our painter will be scheduling the jobs and we will share the dates as soon as we have them.

Community BBQ:
Thank you to all owners who made it out to our Annual BBQ on July 11th. We were treated to great food and fabulous weather while we reaquainted ourselves with "old" and new neighbours! It was lovely to see everyone. Thank you to Heather for her games planning, Mike and Rod for their BBQing, Mary-Anne, Joanne D, and Joanne G for their food prep. Thanks to a whole slew of folks who arrived Friday evening and early Saturday to put up the tent, add tables, chairs etc...
