What is happening this Fall..?

• A Fall eaves cleaning has been scheduled. Please be

patient as it is best to have eaves cleaned later in the fall

rather than too early.

• Some units that have had eaves issues are receiving 

eavestrough guards

• Look for some fall tree replacements to be happening

this month.

• Owners who had chosen to go ahead with front door

and garage door painting will see that work done this

month.

• AGM October 22 at Shobrook Gardens Apartments - Meeting Room. 1 Elgin Park Uxbridge

Time: 6:30 pm for snacks and coffee before the meeting.
